Whether a dispute has arisen, before suit is filed, or negotiations have broken down, or when a case is in litigation, non-binding mediation is a viable alternative.  

To get started, call my office, 305.296.8800. I will assist, if necessary, in setting up a conference, getting the parties to agree to use my services, set a date for the conference and for the submission of any pre-conference materials, and meet any special needs  specific to your case. 

Where: The mediation can occur in my office at 322 Elizabeth, Key West, or in a conference facility which I use outside of my office, or at any other place agreed upon by myself and the parties. 

I will forward to the parties the mediation agreement, which needs to be executed and returned to my office 14 days before the conference, with the fee deposit and any pre-conference materials.

All parties and their attorneys will then come to the conference prepared to reach a resolution of your case. Hopefully, in just a few hours your case will be settled, a binding settlement agreement will be drafted by the parties and agreed to by them, and the dispute will be resolved, in whole or in part.
