As you can see from my Biography, I have been a practicing lawyer in a wide variety of practice areas as well as being an active investor, real estate developer and bank owner in Chicago and in the Florida Keys since 1964. In addition, I have served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, having been appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators. I have participated in the AAA's Continuing Arbitrator Education Program in the Dispute Resolution Process. I have also attended and the Mediation Institute of Miami, Florida in June 1996, where I successfully completed the Supreme Court Approved Circuit Civil Mediation Training.
