I have been involved in the planning of simple estates, the preparation of documents regarding disability planning, the counseling of clients in regard to domestic partnership matters and the drafting of domestic partnership agreements, the preparation of living wills and powers of attorney, as well as the planning of more extensive and complicated estates, including family partnerships and other sophisticated estate planning and estate tax avoidance techniques. I have further been significantly involved in the planning for business succession in small and medium size and family businesses. 

I have also a significant part of my practice devoted to the administration of decedent's estates, including the probate process and summary administration of estates. I can assist the family and heirs of persons who have died in Florida or Illinois or who had property in Florida or Illinois.
